1. Create SME product plans and roadmaps by Identifying, Analysing and Recommending newer markets, products and business streams for SME lending business. 2. Collect and analyse feedback from Sales Team, lateral teams and other stakeholders to shape requirements, features and end products for lending business. 3. Take Complete ownership of Sales Channel Management involving lead tracking, follow through and payouts. 4. Reach out to SME Equipment Manufacturers for empanelment and design focused lending products for SME customers 5. Conceiving and driving contests for Sales Incentives, Cross Sell and Products 6. Produce and review product requirements documents 7. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule 8. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision 9. Sales Data analytics and reporting for periodic Business Reviews and conferences.
