Product Lead Revenue Cycle

As a Revenue Cycle Data Product Manager at Client, you will play a vital role in developing and executing the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the data product strategy for the Revenue Cycle to ensure alignment with Ascension's business goals. - Product Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements, and feature prioritization. - Collaboration: Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to empower product teams and enable successful go-to-market strategies. - Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize user research, metrics, and KPIs to shape product strategy and evaluate success. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Owners and their teams. - Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends to drive future product direction. Qualifications: - Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake), experience in building enterprise data warehouses, and leading technology transformation projects. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - Preferred: Familiarity with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner), understanding of HL7/FHIR, and at least 2 years of people management experience.
