About the Role: Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (Paid). Location: Full-time, in-office role in Mumbai, India. Future Opportunities: Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time role post-internship. Key Responsibilities: What You'll Be Working On: Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary research, leverage tools like ChatGPT, and explore other methods to gather insights. Sprint Planning and Feature Delivery: Work closely with the product team to plan and deliver key features. User Persona Identification: Understand existing personas, discover new pain points, and refine user journeys. Driving Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions within the scope of our product. Theres more to the role, but these will be the primary areas youll be evaluated on. ? Tech-Savvy Individuals: Youve dabbled in tech, whether through internships, projects, or coursework. Self-Starters: We value individuals who take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results. This is a MUST-HAVE trait. Problem Solvers: You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and can think critically in ambiguous situations. Strong Communicators: Youre able to clearly articulate ideas, insights, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus Skills: Experience or knowledge of B2B software systems. Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or product management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
