Product Implementation Consultant - Record to report

As a Consultant at HighRadius, you will be responsible for leading and executing consulting projects for Fortune 1000 clients. We are seeking candidates with educational backgrounds from prestigious institutes like IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent. This role provides an opportunity for individuals to transition from a coding/testing background to a client-facing techno-functional role, followed by a 100% functional consulting position. At HighRadius, career progression to senior consultant, lead, manager, or beyond is based on delivery, competency, and the organization's comfort level in assigning higher responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include independently implementing HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications projects for clients worldwide. This role involves a blend of technical and functional aspects in software application implementation with minimal or no coding required. You will lead the project through various phases of the project life cycle such as Design, Build, Testing, cutover, Go-live, and hyper care. Collaboration with functional leads, technical teams, product management, and QA is essential to deploy enterprise-grade solutions within 3-5 months per client. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting and reporting product and operational issues, understanding clients" business functions and processes, and conveying their needs to product teams. You will also contribute to enhancing implementation and training methodologies for future projects. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience and be willing to work in US/Europe time zones. The shift timing for this role is 12:30 PM - 09:30 PM. Educational qualifications required include BE/B. Tech/MSc/M .Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.
