As part of the TOI business unit, the largest and most influential English news publisher in India, the focus is on informing and engaging individuals at local and national levels. The role involves curating relevant articles, optimizing content based on data and user behavior, and driving Click-Through Rate (CTR) for TOI content through strategic selection and placement. Key Responsibilities: - Curate and select articles for various TOI sections independently. - Optimize content for CTR by strategic selection and placement. - Provide feedback to enhance content quality. - Analyze data and user behavior to optimize content performance. Skills, Experience & Expertise: - Proven experience in content management with a focus on CTR optimization. - Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improving CTR. - Strong understanding of audience engagement techniques and user behavior. - Excellent communication skills for crafting engaging content. - Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail. - Experience collaborating with editorial, marketing, and product teams. - Ensure proper tagging, categorization, and optimization of uploaded content. - Monitor website performance and troubleshoot content-related issues. - Regularly review and update website content for accuracy. - Independently oversee product hygiene and take ownership. - Update site pages with the latest information and videos. Eligibility: - 2-3 years of content management or similar role experience. - Graduate degree required. - Strong communication and content creation skills. - Willingness to work on rotational shifts. - Proficiency in content management systems (CMS). - Understanding of social media trends and content creation. - Attention to detail and creativity. - Prior experience in managing CTR performance for digital platforms is advantageous.,

Role & responsibilities Own the sequencing efforts of all pages of International Countries, and Deliver the CR% (conversion rates) of the pages. Special Focus on Top 5 to 10 countries Curate and Sequence the pages at defined frequency based on Relevancy, Tags, Product Type, Occasion, Recipient and/ or Personas. Optimize pages from a pov of Product Hygiene, Image Hygiene, Price Hygiene, Earliest Delivery and other product level attributes Execute merchandise optimization, category and occasion visibility via homepage assets, microsites, navigation drawer, cross-merchandising and others Liaise Cross functionally with graphic design team, tech team for timely implementation of banners Tag and promote newly launched products to all relevant pages Maintain daily dashboards & reports for PLP (product landing page) CR% and homepage CR% Ensuring all pages of key occasions have relevant products, and sequenced as per planning Liaise with internal category teams and merchandising teams to execute as per defined calendar Preferred candidate profile Min 1-2 years of experience in Merchandising, Category-Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing teams of direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, Fintech companies, E-commerce is required Person should be a Graduate. Post-Graduation is preferred (NIFT or MBA). Fluent communication and interpersonal skills.
