PRODUCT EXPERT (FURNITURE)

Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate furniture solutions. Demonstrate deep knowledge of furniture products, including features, benefits, pricing, and materials. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. Prepare sales quotations and negotiate prices within authorized limits. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of purchased furniture. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, new arrivals, and industry trends. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
