You will establish strong relationships with college management, faculty, and student clubs, and drive offline growth through events, exhibitions, and brand activations. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure the success of every event, creating buzz-worthy experiences. This role involves traveling, networking, and creating memorable on-ground interactions. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, excels in public speaking, and is creative, energetic, and proactive. You should be able to manage multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders effectively, and be willing to travel extensively for hands-on execution. A graduate in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in college outreach, events, or business development, will be preferred.
