Job Description

Must Have Electrical Modeling & 2D Extractions: Expertise in developing and maintaining detailed electrical models using Revit MEP, E3D, or Bentley OpenBuildings Substations Cable trays & raceways Lighting layouts Underground duct banks & cable trenches Ability to extract high-accuracy 2D drawings from 3D models Electrical Layout & Schematic Design: Experience in preparing detailed electrical schematics and layouts Ensuring design efficiency and alignment with project specifications Coordination with multi-discipline teams (civil, mechanical, instrumentation) Software & Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with: SP3D (SmartPlant 3D) for electrical modeling Smart Sketch for schematics and layouts AutoCAD for drafting and detailing electrical designs Strong 2D extraction techniques for high-quality electrical drawings Site Inspection & Compliance: Conducting site visits to gather real-time data for modeling Ensuring compliance with industry standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE, etc) Ability to interpret project requirements and incorporate them into designs Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Ability to work closely with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, instrumentation) Conducting quality checks to ensure model accuracy and adherence to specifications Good to Have Develop high-quality electrical models for industrial and infrastructure projects Generate precise 2D drawings for electrical layouts and schematics Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance, and integrate project requirements Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for seamless electrical design integration Skills e3D,rEVIT mep,Bentley Open Buildings
