Product Discription Executive

Role Overview: As a Product Description Specialist at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL), specifically supporting the inventory title creation process and TV planning teams, your role will involve creating accurate and compelling product titles, updating TV planners with brainstorm text and IVR text, and collaborating with various departments to gather relevant product information. Your attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, as well as strong communication and data entry skills, will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create clear and concise product titles for inventory systems in alignment with provided guidelines for Web and TV. - Input and update brainstorm text in the TV planner tool to support upcoming programming. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, planning, ERP, Buyers) to obtain accurate product details and ensure consistency. - Maintain accurate product title records and contribute to inventory content accuracy. - Ensure all content is error-free, grammatically correct, and follows internal naming conventions. - Provide support for ad hoc administrative and planning tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. - Basic written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders. - Well-organized with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Previous experience in a content, coordination, or administrative support role is advantageous.
