Product Discription Executive

As a Product Description Specialist at Vaibhav Global Ltd (VGL), you will play a crucial role in supporting the inventory title creation process and TV planning teams. Your responsibilities will include creating accurate and compelling product titles, updating TV planners with brainstorm text and IVR text, and collaborating with various departments to gather relevant product information. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, and excellent communication skills. Your main responsibilities will be creating clear and concise product titles for inventory systems according to provided guidelines for both web and TV platforms. You will also be responsible for inputting and updating brainstorm text in the TV planner tool to support upcoming programming. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, planning, ERP, and buyers will be essential to ensure accurate product details and consistency. Maintaining accurate product title records, ensuring content is error-free and grammatically correct, and adhering to internal naming conventions will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support for ad hoc administrative and planning tasks as needed. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, possess strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail, and have basic written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders, stay organized, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines will be critical. Previous experience in a content, coordination, or administrative support role would be advantageous.
