Job Title: Draftsperson PREDCR (CMDA / DTCP Single Window Portal)

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Draftspersons for PREDCR and Single Window Portal submissions for building plan approvals. You will prepare, verify, and upload approval drawings as per DCR, NBC, and local by-laws, coordinating with architects, consultants, and local bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and check approval drawings as per building codes & PREDCR specifications.
Upload & manage drawings on PREDCR and Single Window Portal.
Ensure compliance with DCR, NBC, and local building bye-laws.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and local bodies for approvals.
Validate PREDCR reports before submission.
Maintain accurate submission records.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI Civil Draughtsman, Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PREDCR software.
Strong knowledge of Development Control Rules & building regulations.
Detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills.
