Product Development - Lithium-ion Battery

As a part of the Product Development team at Spectrum Solar Power in Ernakulam, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving lithium-ion / LFP battery products. Your role will involve working on battery pack designing, performance optimization, and durability enhancement. Additionally, you will conduct cell testing, cycle life analysis, and safety evaluations. Collaboration with R&D and production teams for product refinement will be essential, along with troubleshooting battery performance and technical issues. It will be your responsibility to maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and test reports to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and improve lithium-ion / LFP battery products. - Work on battery pack designing, performance optimization, and durability enhancement. - Conduct cell testing, cycle life analysis, and safety evaluations. - Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product refinement. - Troubleshoot battery performance and technical issues. - Maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and test reports. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering. - Experience in lithium battery technology preferred. - Knowledge of battery chemistry, BMS, and testing equipment. - Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
