Product Development Executive - Cosmetology

As a Product Development Executive with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the cosmetology field, you will be responsible for creating skincare, haircare, and personal care products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the design and assessment of new cosmetic items - Offering technical insights on product characteristics based on your cosmetology knowledge - Collaborating with the R&D team for formulation trials - Maintaining detailed records of samples and testing outcomes - Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on emerging trends, ingredients, and competitor products - Engaging in sensory testing and providing feedback for enhancing formulations - Working closely with marketing and packaging teams to ensure product functionality and aesthetics - Contributing to the development of training materials for internal staff and end users - Ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the product development phase The qualifications required for this position include a degree or diploma in Cosmetology, a deep understanding of cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and product categories, awareness of beauty standards and consumer behavior, attention to detail, communication and coordination abilities, capacity to evaluate product performance, and knowledge of regulatory requirements within the cosmetics industry.
