Product Development Engineer II

What you've to do:

• Design and develop backend systems and APIs for our talent experience management platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our platform
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with database design and management
• Familiarity with cloud computing and microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• 7+ years ofSoftware Developmentexperience inCore Java,MongoDB, Algorithm,Data Structures,Design Patterns.,
• Strong experience with Micro services anddistributed systems.
• Experience in definingarchitectureand leading teams in design & development
• Experience with Cloud (AWSand Azure) deployments
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• EngineeringGraduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
• More than 2 years of hands onproduct engineeringexperience.
