Product Development Engineer II

Job Summary:

• As a PDE II Backend Engineer at Phenom People, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our talent experience management platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver high-quality andscalable solutionsthat meet the needs of our clients. What you've to do:

• Design and develop backend systems and APIs for our talent experience management platform
• Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our platform
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Scienceor a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience inbackend development
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such asJava,Python, or C++
• Experience withdatabase designand management
• Familiarity withcloud computingandmicroservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• 4+ years ofSoftware Developmentexperience inCore Java,MongoDB,Algorithm,Data Structures,Design Patterns.,
• Strong experience with Micro services anddistributed systems.
• Experience in definingarchitectureand leading teams in design & development
• Experience withCloud(AWSand Azure)deployments
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• EngineeringGraduates / Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred. Graduates fromIIT, BITS, & NIT are preferred.
• More than 2 years of hands onproductengineeringexperience.
