Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with 4+ years of experience in building dynamic, responsive web applications using JavaScript , ReactJS , and MongoDB . Youll play a key role in translating product ideas into technical solutions and delivering outstanding user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance frontend applications. Convert business and product requirements into clean, functional UI. Write well-structured, semantic HTML5, responsive CSS, and robust JavaScript code. Develop reusable components and libraries using ReactJS. Work independently on feature development while also contributing to team deliverables. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation. Continuously improve performance, maintainability, and code quality. Provide technical insight on feasibility, scalability, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript development. Proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (React Hooks, Redux, etc.). Solid understanding of MongoDB and integration with frontend applications. Strong command of HTML5 , CSS3 , and responsive web design. Familiarity with OOP JavaScript and modern ES6+ features. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a strong sense of design and UX principles.
