Product Designer (UI/UX Designer)

You will be joining the TechOps team at TransPerfect, the largest translation and language services company globally, with a presence in 90+ offices worldwide. The team plays a crucial role in simplifying the lives of clients and colleagues through a user-centric approach that has been the foundation of the team's strategy for the past 10 years. As a Product Designer, your role will involve: - Understanding and receiving product requirements from real users and product teams - Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data - Testing and validating designs - Participating in all steps of the design/development process - Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and the UX Lead to deliver high-quality features - Presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders - Adapting to product priorities and designing high-quality experiences that delight customers, including creating pixel-perfect UI designs and interactive prototypes To be successful in this role, you should have: - 4+ years of experience as a product designer with research and design skills - Experience working with a Design System and familiarity with design tokens - Strong creative, logical, and technical communication skills for collaboration with other designers and non-designer colleagues - Background in designing complex software tools, dashboards, or workflow applications for professional users - Proficiency in using Figma as the design tool, with pixel-perfect design and motion graphic skills considered a plus - Critical and design thinking skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, learning from and collaborating with team members - Passion for understanding user behavior in digital environments - Open-mindedness and eagerness to drive improvements - Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English,
