General Job Details:

Position Name: Product Designer / UI/UX Designer

Experience: 3–4 years

Location: Sector-142, Noida

Position Summary:

As a Product Designer, you will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions that meet business goals and delight our users. You will be responsible for the full design lifecycle—from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready assets—with a focus on SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis
• Conduct usability testing to gather deep insights.
• Synthesize findings into personas, customer journey maps, and user flows.
• Product Design
• Translate complex SaaS features into clean, accessible, and efficient user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
• Work on responsive design systems across web and desktop environments.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Managers to define product goals and feature requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the feasibility and accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and design reviews.
• Iteration & Validation
• Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback, data, and changing business needs.
• Use analytics and feedback to validate design effectiveness.
• Design Systems & Standards
• Contribute to and help maintain our design system and UI component libraries.
• Advocate for consistent and accessible design across the platform.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Min. 3–4 years of experience designing digital products in the B2B SaaS space, with a strong emphasis on customer experience (CX) and CRM workflows. Proven ability to craft intuitive enterprise solutions that bridge business processes and customer engagement across complex service ecosystems.
• Proficient with industry-standard design tools: Figma, Adobe XD etc.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in an agile software development environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and user empathy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the enterprise communication, customer experience, or contact center domain is plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end technologies (not mandatory but a plus).
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Experience working with design system or theming frameworks.
