LOLA is a fabric toys company on a mission to bring joy, comfort, and imagination in children through beautifully designed fabric toys. We’re seeking a creative and hands-on Product Designer to help shape our products from scratch to end product.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing safe, engaging, and lovable soft toys made from fabric. From brainstorming whimsical concepts to prototyping, testing, and refining the final product, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life. Below are the responsibilities:-

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design soft toys that are innovative, age-appropriate, and aligned with brand values.
• Create sketches, 2D/3D mockups and prototypes.
• Work closely with founders, manufacturing units, developers to bring designs to production.
• Ensure designs meet child safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in product testing for durability, usability, and appeal.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inspire new designs.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Product Design, Toy Design, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in toy design, soft goods design, or a similar creative field. Freshers with strong portfolios in similar creative fields may also apply.
• Proficiency in design tools.
• Knowledge of different types of fabrics.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Passion for children’s products and storytelling.
