Were looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Figma Designer to join our product team. You will be responsible for translating product requirements into clean, consistent, and high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma. Your work will lay the foundation for reusable design systems and a scalable design-to-code workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a design style guide and component library in Figma (colors, typography, spacing, icons, buttons, etc)
• Create and document reusable components and variants using auto-layout and best practices.
• Translate product requirements into pixel-perfect, developer-ready Figma designs.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate workflows, user journeys and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency, feasibility and smooth design-to-code handoff using Figma Dev Mode.
• Maintain a structured and standardized Figma design system.
• Develop and maintain a design workflow aligned with agile product cycles (e.g., PRD Wireframes Final UI Dev Handoff).
• Review frontend builds for design fidelity and quality assurance.
• Participate in design critiques and agile sprint planning.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to drive product success.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Expertise in Figma: auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, and Dev Mode.
• Experience in responsive and accessible design.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and developer needs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI kits, live product designs, and design systems.
• Strong and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
