We are a Series A funded venture backed by Tier 1 venture capital firms, focusing on the tech and IT services industry as well as tech talent organisations within enterprises. Our product suite leverages artificial intelligence to enhance business outcomes, such as improved profitability and agility, by digitising core vertical workflows that are often underserved by custom applications and traditional ERP solutions.

Prismforce aims to become the leading industry SaaS platform for tech services and tech talent organisations. Our products are currently deployed at unicorn IT service companies, and we are experiencing significant sales momentum. The founding team of Prismforce consists of experts in deep domain knowledge and product management, including alumni from McKinsey, Amazon, and Uber, complemented by technology enthusiasts from IIT and designers who are passionate about reimagining this space with innovative products.

Position: Product Designer

Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time

As we expand, we are looking for a passionate Product Designer with a strong background in design systems to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, to create intuitive and visually compelling user experiences.

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Ensure design specifications are properly implemented by the development team.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, ideation processes, and design reviews.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Qualifications and Skills

2-3 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design and design systems.

Proficiency in Figma.

Experience in building, scaling, and maintaining design systems.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Framer.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.

Experience working in Agile or Lean environments.

Prior experience working in tech startups or dynamic product-based companies.
