Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and industrial processes into intuitive product workflows, 2D/3D interfaces, and data-driven dashboards.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, field studies, and usability testing to ensure adoption and performance.
• Create designs that map physical assets and processes into real-time, interactive digital environments.
• Define UI/UX interactions for simulations, alerts, predictive analytics, and remote control of industrial systems.
• Work closely with 3D developers to design interfaces layered onto spatial environments.
• Prototype interfaces that support 3D navigation, asset selection, and contextual tooltips.
• Collaborate with engineers, 3D artists, AI developers, and product managers.
• Deliver clear design specs, component libraries, and UX documentation.
• Support agile teams through iterative sprints.
• Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to deliver wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to or evolve a scalable design system for digital twin UI components.

Skills Required :

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Basic 3D technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, etc.
• Experience creating and maintaining robust design systems.
• Experience designing new products from the ground up.
• A deep interest in innovating toward complex problems.
• Passionate about new technology and innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
