As a Junior Product Designer at Bzaar, you will be part of a new age cross-border platform that enables US retailers to source effortlessly from India. Join our dynamic team that is learning fast, pushing boundaries, and rewiring the global trade pipes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work in the Product development team to develop new concepts based on client's taste. - Assist in the sampling process with a design point of view and visit factories to discuss new sampling. - Cross-check samples with tech packs to ensure client's designs are accurate. - Develop detailed CAD drawings, schematics, and models for various projects. - Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client specifications. - Maintain organized records of drawings, designs, and technical documentation. - Conduct design reviews to identify potential issues or improvements. - Assist in the preparation of New product Pitch for existing and potential clients. - Support the team in project coordination and ensure timely delivery of design tasks. - Stay updated with the latest CAD software tools, technologies, and best practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in a similar field. - Candidates from NIFT/NID/Shristi are preferred. - Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design tools. - Technical drawing experience at the manufacturing level. - Up-to-date with new trends in the market. - Material knowledge including wood, metal, marble, and textile.
