Product Design Intern

As a brand & growth consultancy dedicated to assisting consumer brands in reaching their growth potential and connecting with the right consumers, we serve as advisors, friends, idea boards, and guides to the brands we collaborate with. The business at hand is currently seeking a talented individual to join an exciting pre-launch consumer brand venture in the utility space. What we can reveal is that the brand is expected to debut by Aug/Sep 25, offering a novel, exciting, and surprising experience. The internship opportunity spans a duration of 3-6 months. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to brainstorm and craft the design for a new lunch bag. Your responsibilities will include producing detailed sketches, digital renders, and technical drawings to effectively communicate design concepts. You will take the lead in fabricating the physical prototype, experimenting with various materials and forms, and iterating on designs based on feedback, refining sketches and prototypes as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position is a current student or recent graduate in industrial design, fashion design, product design, or a related field. You should possess the ability to create high-quality sketches, renderings, and technical drawings using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Autodesk, etc. A keen interest in hands-on product development and prototyping, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Additionally, you must be located in Mumbai and available for in-person meetings once a week or as required, with access to a sewing machine for prototyping purposes.
