Product Design Engineer

As a Product Design Engineer at Osseous Surgical in Morbi, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in designing tools, jigs, and fixtures for the manufacturing of surgical products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing tools, jigs, fixtures, and equipment layouts - Creating and revising 2D G.A. drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and NX - Interpreting product drawings and translating them into efficient tool designs - Collaborating with production and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy - Maintaining technical documentation and drawing records - Continuously improving and updating designs for functionality, durability, and ease of use To excel in this role, you should have: - 2 to 8 years of experience in tool and fixture design using AutoCAD and Siemens NX - Proficiency in preparing General Arrangement (G.A.) and detailed fabrication drawings - Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes - ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related discipline - Attention to detail and good communication skills - Experience in the surgical instruments or precision tool industry is a plus This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of food provided.
