Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to advance your data engineering career and make a significant impact at JPMorgan Chase.

As a Product Delivery Associate in the AI/ML Solutions - Shared Events and Assets team, you will help design and deliver real-time data streams and derived data assets that support AI/ML and customer experience personalization. You will collaborate across teams to create scalable data solutions, continuously grow your skills, and contribute to the success of a leading global financial institution.

Job responsibilities

Perform data analysis and exploration using SQL queries to extract insights and patterns
Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices for data enrichment and analysis
Design and create data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions that drive business objectives and enable data-driven decision making
Design and implement complex ETL logic to transform, clean, and enrich source data in real time
Validate data accuracy and integrity using technical tools
Create high-quality documentation and host presentations and trainings to encourage utilization of data solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficiency with SQL and understanding of SQL database concepts
Experience with data transformation and modeling tools such as Databricks and dbt Labs
Experience with structured data ingestion, transformation, and consumption for analytics, personalization, or machine learning
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms and creation of audiences or derived data features
Familiarity with analytics visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Experience in Data Engineering or similar role within a fast-paced environment
