You are a dynamic and hands-on Product & Operations Manager responsible for leading the intersection of product, strategy, and operations in a fintech environment. Your role involves collaborating with developers, designers, and data teams to drive product strategy and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features with a focus on user experience and scalability. You will also be setting up, scaling, and optimizing key operational processes across various functions while implementing tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. Your leadership responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of 5-10 members, hiring and training high-performing teams, and leading with empathy, data, and clarity. Additionally, you will work directly with founders/CEOs on strategy, investor updates, and fundraising materials, acting as the glue across business functions and leading strategic initiatives like market expansion and key partnerships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write clear and actionable feature documents - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution - Ensure timely delivery with a focus on user experience and scalability - Set up, scale, and optimize operational processes - Implement tools to improve efficiency and decision-making - Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 members - Hire, train, and build high-performing teams - Work directly with founders/CEOs on strategy and initiatives - Act as the glue across business functions **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience managing cross-functional teams of 5-10 people - Strong product mindset and experience in feature specs writing - Operational excellence and experience in scaling processes - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Analytical approach and ability to work with data for decision-making This is a full-time position with Provident Fund benefits, and the work location is in person.,
