As a Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst at CHISQUARE LABS, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and delivering training. Here is a detailed overview of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and propose tailored solutions. - Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions to prospective clients. - Develop and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries in coordination with technical teams. - Work with technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets. - Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their challenges and objectives. - Act as a techno-functional advisor to clients, offering expertise on product capabilities and alignment with their requirements. - Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify key differentiators of Products/Services. - Develop data-driven insights and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders. - Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current systems and processes. - Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and market trends. - Support testing and validation efforts to ensure the delivered product meets business requirements. - Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market demands. - Transform customer and business problems into solutions. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch. - Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements based on analytics and user feedback. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business/Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in presales/business analysis/product management roles. - Must have Experience in Retail domain. - Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and data integration techniques. - Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP), Product Management, or related fields. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in tools such as Jira/Confluence/CRM systems/wireframing tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
