About the role

We are looking for an analytical and curious individual with 1–3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable data insights, and leveraging user behaviour analysis to drive product-led growth and improve overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Experimentation:

  Support Product Managers in planning and executing A/B tests, defining success metrics, analysing results, and sharing recommendations.

• Data Analysis & Insights:

  Analyse product usage, user behaviour, and funnel performance to identify drop-offs, trends, and potential growth opportunities.

• Data Tracking & Validation:

  Assist in maintaining accurate product tracking, validating data, and coordinating with engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies.

• Reporting & Dashboards:

  Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key product performance metrics to support business decisions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to understand requirements and communicate analytical findings.

• AI & Automation:

  Exposure to AI-powered tools like Claude to improve analytical workflows, simplify SQL queries, automate repetitive tasks, and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative field. (Candidates from

  Tier 1 institutes – IITs, IIMs, BITS, and NITs

  will be preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with

  SQL and BigQuery is mandatory

  .
• Excel: Mastery of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling is required.
• SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data from data warehouses independently.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

Key Competencies (Soft Skills):

• Basic understanding of

  A/B Testing

  , experiment design, hypothesis testing, statistical significance, and post-experiment analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
• Willingness to explore AI-assisted tools for data analysis, SQL generation, and workflow automation.
