We're building the billing platform for the next generation of SaaS and AI products and we're looking for curious, data-driven minds to join us on this journey.Role OverviewAs a Product Analytics Intern, you'll work closely with the product, business and engineering teams to turn raw data into actionable insights. Your work will directly influence how we improve product experiences, track growth, and build better features for our merchants.Key Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from our product and event databases.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase to track product usage, feature adoption, user retention, and funnel performance.
• Monitor key product metrics and proactively surface trends, anomalies, or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers to define analytics requirements, create event tracking plans, and measure experiment results.
• Document dashboards, queries, and insights for cross-functional visibility.
• Contribute ideas for new product metrics and KPIs to improve decision-making across teams.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Analyst is preferred
• Intermediate SQL skills - comfortable writing joins, aggregations, and nested queries.
• Familiarity with Metabase or any BI tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Understanding of key SaaS/product metrics (activation, retention, conversion funnels, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
