Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at Beinex, you will play a crucial role in gathering product-specific requirements, evaluating them against industry trends, and collaborating with the Development Lead to shape product ideas and features. Your responsibilities will include validating MVP and POC, supporting business development activities, presenting products to clients for feedback, analyzing metrics to propose innovative strategies, and contributing to company operations such as planning and budgeting. You will also be involved in creating product collaterals, translating business requirements into technical workflows, collaborating with the UI/UX Design Team, and developing product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Gather product-specific requirements and evaluate them against industry trends - Liaison with the Development Lead to shape product ideas and features - Validate MVP and POC to ensure coverage of requirements - Support business development activities by contributing to RFX responses, product demos, and proof of concepts - Analyze metrics to propose innovative ideas and strategies for product improvement - Contribute to company operations, planning, budgeting, and communication with development and testing teams - Create product collaterals to present utilities and benefits to clients and stakeholders - Translate business requirements into technical workflows, data models, and architecture-level implications - Collaborate with the UI/UX Design Team to ensure alignment with design best practices and user experience flows - Develop and maintain product roadmaps outlining short-term enhancements and long-term evolution strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory) - 3+ years of relevant product or business analysis experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Solid documentation skills for product workflow diagrams and BRDs - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with process workflow tools like draw.io or Visio is a plus - Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and excellent stakeholder management skills About Beinex: Beinex offers comprehensive health plans, learning and development opportunities, workation and outdoor training, a hybrid working environment, and on-site travel opportunities.
