Product Adoption Director, Cross-Cloud AI

As a Product Adoption Director for AI and Cross-Cloud at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers can quickly adopt new innovations. Reporting directly to the Product Adoption Leader, you will collaborate with a team of adoption product managers and receive support from various teams within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Bring a Chief Adoption Officer mindset to work closely with GMs and Product Leaders across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Industry Clouds - Develop and drive strategies to incorporate Ease of Adoption into every product release - Prepare and present readouts at the EVP+ level focused on adoption targets and data-driven insights - Collaborate with Adoption Analysts to evaluate, recommend, and forecast organizational targets - Get hands-on with configuring and setting up the latest AI innovations to assess ease of adoption - Develop scalable best practices for driving adoption and influencing stakeholders to drive buy-in - Drive adoption programs to achieve increased customer adoption targets Qualifications Required: - Skilled communicator with experience presenting to and collaborating with senior stakeholders - Outspoken and passionate, willing to advocate for strategies and voice difficult truths - Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce or similar platforms for real-world implementations - Understanding of Product Management and experience bringing new innovations to the market - Passionate about ensuring customer value and the importance of successful adoption for growth You can expect to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the adoption of AI innovations across Salesforce's cloud offerings.,
