Working days :Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6.30pm

Qualification:Any Graduation/Master - BA/Bsc/MBA/Msc/Mtech/BE

Required skills• Experience in procurement and government tendering.

• Proficient in Tally software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of Indian public procurement portals (GeM, DEFProc, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach.

Job descriptionProcurement Coordination:

• Coordinate purchase activities with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain and update purchase records in Tally.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in cost tracking for project-specific procurement.

Technical Documentation:

• Liaise with the engineering/design team to draft, compile, and maintain accurate technical documents.
• Assist in the preparation of technical presentations, user manuals, and product datasheets.
• Ensure proper formatting and version control of all documents.

Tendering & Bidding:

• Manage end-to-end tendering process including documentation, submission, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Indian e-procurement portals such as GeM, DEFProc, eProcure, etc.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for bid submissions.
• Track tender opportunities, timelines, and ensure all necessary registrations are up to date.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
