Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining RRD GO Creative as a Procurement/Buyer Specialist for the Shared Service team in Chennai. In this role, you will support RRD's Indirect Category Manager by assisting in contract negotiations, preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Request for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating suppliers" responses, developing scorecarding and category strategies, handling 1st level escalations, conducting supplier segmentation, and performing spend & savings analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Support RRD's Indirect Category Manager in contract negotiations, reviewing & responding to suppliers" contract redlines. - Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Request for Quotation (RFQs). - Evaluate suppliers" responses to RFX. - Develop scorecarding and category strategies. - Handle 1st level escalations. - Perform supplier segmentation. - Conduct spend & savings analytics. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 7 years of experience as a Procurement buyer specialist. - Flexible to work from the RA Puram office between 5.30 pm to 2.30 am. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with RRD Onshore Outsourcing Procurement team, Business Teams, and External Suppliers. - Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. - Familiarity with operating ERPs like SAP and ARIBA.,
