Job Description

We are hiring for TOP MNC for Purchase & Sourcing (Assistant Manager & Manager)

Note- Exposure in

10 - 17 years of progressive experience in procurement/supply chain management.

  • Hands-on experience in sourcing electrical, electronic, or electromechanical

Years of experience & Salary:

1- Sr. Manager Purchase & Sourcing (14-18 years, Upto 20 LPA )

2 Assistant Manager Purchase (10 -12 years, Upto 14 LPA)

Work Location- Kolhapur Maharashtra

Notice Period - Immediate - 30Days max.

Note- Work from Office

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree in electrical

  • MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Materials Management (preferred).

Skills Required

10 - 17 years of progressive experience in procurement/supply chain management.

  • Hands-on experience in sourcing electrical, electronic, or electromechanical

components.

  • Exposure to ERP-based procurement processes is essential.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes and commercial terms.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing Support

  • Execute day-to-day procurement activities in line with approved sourcing strategies.
  • Source electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components as per production and

project requirements.

  • Assist in identifying alternative suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.

Supplier Coordination & Performance Monitoring

  • Coordinate with approved suppliers for RFQs, negotiations, order placement, and follow-

ups.

  • Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery parameters.
  • Support supplier onboarding and documentation processes.

Cost Control & Commercial Activities

  • Assist in price negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Support implementation of cost benchmarking and basic TCO analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets and commercial terms.

Inventory & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with Production Planning, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure timely

material availability.

  • Support inventory control initiatives to minimize excess and obsolete stock.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely closures.

Systems, Processes & Compliance

  • Execute procurement transactions through ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare MIS reports related to procurement performance, savings, and supplier status.
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
