Procurement & Production Executive

Location: Manesar, Haryana
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
Experience: fresher with strong aptitude can apply; relevant experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Identify and on-board suppliers for raw materials, components, and services
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and manage purchase orders
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries

2. New Product Development (NPD) Coordination

• Act as the point of contact across design, production, and marketing for NPD
• Create and manage project timelines, track progress, and follow up with all stakeholders
• Assist with sampling, costing, and documentation during product launches

3. Production Follow-up

• Coordinate with factory teams to track production timelines
• Escalate delays or issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
• Maintain regular status updates and reports

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and basic negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Prior experience in procurement, production, or project coordination is a plus
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
