Role Overview: As a Procurement Specialist at Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the creation and execution of Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring compliance with commercial and business terms. Your role involves collaborating with suppliers, coordinating approvals, and maintaining stakeholder communication to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage Purchase Orders in adherence to laws and company policies - Process inventory and non-inventory requisitions using planning and procurement systems - Collaborate with suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery, and terms, escalating issues when necessary - Coordinate for on-time PO approvals and Goods Receipts with Warehousing personnel - Provide stakeholder communication on outstanding orders and new part requests - Develop procedures and maintain knowledge of relevant Procurement processes - Drive improvements in procurement processes and systems - Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements Additional Details: Join Tata Electronics Pvt.
