Procurement Operations Associate

As a Procurement Operations Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in supporting procurement operations by going beyond processing purchase orders to help clients achieve savings and value from their expenditures on goods and services. You will be an integral part of the Procurement management team, employing a systematic approach to procure all necessary goods and services for the company's sustainability. This involves identifying needs, qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating contracts, ensuring delivery, and evaluating outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes - Plan implementation based on a thorough understanding of technologies and process output measures - Set up and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data, and procurement applications to facilitate efficient transactions and maximize compliance Qualifications Required: - BTech - 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement operations In this role, you will primarily solve routine problems by following guidelines and referring to precedents. Your interactions will mainly be within your team and with your direct supervisor. You will receive detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work, and you will function as an individual contributor within a team with a specific scope of work.
