Procurement Officer Non-Hazardous Industrial Plastic Waste

As a Procurement Officer at our company, your primary role will involve sourcing, managing, and coordinating non-hazardous industrial plastic waste from factories. You will be responsible for vendor development, material sourcing, and procurement coordination to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard industrial vendors (factories only) for non-hazardous plastic waste. - Source industrial plastic waste according to quantity, quality, and compliance requirements. - Conduct independent vendor visits for discussions, inspections, and coordination. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure a consistent material supply. - Coordinate the collection, transportation, and dispatch of materials with internal teams. - Ensure that all sourced materials are non-hazardous and comply with applicable norms. - Track procurement volumes, vendor status, and material movement. - Provide regular updates and basic reports to management on procurement activities.
