Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordination with Architect C Consultant and finalize the BO, checking of working drawings.
Ability to provide appropriate suggestion to the Management for correct selection of materials.
Preparation and monitoring of MEP work schedule.
Preparation of MIS, individually supervise the entire MEP works, preparation of Checklist, Providing material requisition well in advance.
Preparing as-built drawing along with respective MEP Vendors.

Preferred candidate profile

Individually handled 10Cr. to 30 Cr. MEP works at a single project preferably Bungalow Project.
Project Handover Minimum 50,000 sqft Bungalow Project
Working knowledge of SAP and Auto cad desirable.
