Develop and execute project-related purchase strategies in line with business objectives. Prepare and monitor budgets and plans, analyze performance, and drive corrective actions. Define and implement SOPs for the procurement process, ensuring adherence across product categories.
Set and track KPIs (e.g., TAT) to measure process efficiency and initiate continuous improvements.
Drive cost reduction through vendor negotiation, process optimization, and efficiency enhancement.
Identify and onboard new vendors/sources to improve cost and lead time efficiency.
Analyze vendor base and procurement data to identify cost optimization opportunities. Develop, modify, and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Establish globally accepted standard procurement processes to enhance the value of the supply chain.
Implement and manage technological systems for tracking shipments, inventory, and material supply.
