Procurement Manager F&B (Restaurants/QSR)

As a Purchase Executive in F&B Procurement at Ristara Foods Pvt. Ltd., based in Bengaluru Bommanahalli, your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless sourcing and supply chain management for our restaurants and QSR operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and managing vendors for a variety of products including vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy, and packaging. - Negotiating rates and terms with distributors and suppliers to ensure cost efficiency. - Tracking market price fluctuations and updating procurement Management Information Systems (MIS). - Ensuring quality, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI standards. - Coordinating with kitchen, store, and operations teams for effective material planning. - Maintaining accurate purchase records, Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor agreements. - Supporting inventory audits and resolving any vendor discrepancies. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 15 years of hands-on experience in F&B procurement within restaurants, hotels, catering, or QSR industry. - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. - Good knowledge of perishables, groceries, and packaging sourcing. - Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi for effective vendor coordination. - Skills in MS Excel and experience with ERP/procurement systems.
