Procurement Manager

THE ROLE

kitchen operations, finance and vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all vendor sourcing, negotiations and relationships for ingredients, packaging and kitchen materials.
• Oversee daily and weekly ordering across cloud kitchen, cafe and studio.
• Ensure timely delivery, accurate stock levels and zero service disruption.
• Track food costs, vendor payments and price fluctuations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation with the Head Chef.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for procurement, hygiene and documentation.
• Maintain transparency in purchase approvals, bills and records.
• Work with Finance to manage POs, GRNs and payment schedules.
• Support menu costing and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Develop sustainable and ethical vendor networks aligned with Copper + Cloves values.

• Clear communication and professional integrity
• Vendor documentation must always be complete and current (GST, FSSAI, PAN).
• All invoices to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Weekly stock audit and variance report submission.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach. No blame culture.
• Monthly cost savings or process-improvement initiatives

WHO WE WANT

• 35 years experience in F&B procurement, cafe or restaurant operations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor-relationship skills.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic finance coordination.
• Fluent in English and Kannada (preferred) or Hindi.
