Procurement Intern

The Procurement Associate will handle the procurement of seasonal and non-seasonal raw materials while maintaining accurate and comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) records for all procurement activities. The role focuses on ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, accurate data reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Raw Material Procurement (Seasonal and Non-Seasonal)
Assist in planning and executing the procurement of raw materials based on production requirements.Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.Monitor market trends, crop cycles, and pricing to support cost-effective procurement strategies.Prepare and manage documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and company policies during procurement.
