Procurement Executive – Solar & Electrical

Experience: 2-5 years (preferred)
Industry: Renewable Energy / Electrical

Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive with strong experience in solar and electrical purchases, including materials like transformers, ACBs, LT panels, cables, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for solar and electrical projects
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical specs
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement (preferably in solar/electrical domain)
• Strong knowledge of electrical components like transformers, LT/HT panels, ACBs, etc.
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple vendor quotations and comparisons
• Knowledge of basic procurement processes and documentation
