Procurement Executive (Male/Female)

Location: Pune

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Industrial Equipment / Chemicals / Engineering

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle procurement and purchasing of industrial equipment, instruments, and chemicals

2. Read and interpret GA drawings and technical specifications

3. Ensure compliance with industrial standards and testing procedures

4. Maintain and update vendor database, negotiate pricing, and develop strong supplier relationships

5. Oversee warehouse management and maintain accurate inventory records

6. Coordinate with internal departments for timely material procurement

7. Experience in sales and sales coordination will be an added advantage

Skills & Qualifications

1. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Science

2. 3–5 years of experience in industrial procurement or purchase

3. Strong understanding of technical drawings, industrial standards, and testing norms

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills

5. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement tasks
