About Decotales: Decotales Interior Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing, women-led interior firm specializing in customized home interiors with in-house manufacturing and end-to-end execution. We’re known for our commitment to timelines, quality, and clean project management. We are now hiring a dedicated Procurement Executive to strengthen our operations. Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end material sourcing for interior projects. You will manage vendors, ensure timely deliveries, maintain documentation, and work closely with the factory, site, and finance teams to support seamless execution and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Handle complete procurement for interior projects within approved BOQ and project quotation Track procured vs installed items to prevent excess, duplicate orders, or misuse Maintain real-time updates in procurement trackers and ensure reporting discipline Coordinate with stores, site supervisors, project managers, and the accounts team for smooth flow of materials Identify, onboard, and build rapport with local and regional vendors based on pricing, quality, and reliability Maintain proper vendor records, onboarding forms, GST and payment details Ensure timely documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and material warranties Conduct quality checks of procured materials before dispatch to sites Continuously work to expand the vendor base and ensure competitive rates without compromising on quality Desired Candidate Profile: 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or purchase (preferably in interiors or construction) Strong understanding of interior materials like plywood, laminates, hardware, and accessories Good negotiation skills and vendor management ability Excellent in Google Sheets, documentation, and process handling Should be proactive, reliable, and aligned to delivery timelines and cost control Ability to work with integrity and maintain complete transparency in all dealings Work Location & Timing: Factory-based role (coordination with Head Office as per workload) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Weekly Off: Sunday How to Apply: Call or WhatsApp HR: +91 90352 68990 Email: [email protected] Website: www.decotales.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
