To take care of MEP ( HVAC, Electrical , PHE & FF )

To float enquiries to suppliers .

To prepare comparison statement .

To convert PR to PO in SAP on time to meet the delivery requirement.

To update the Material tracker for major jobs.

Co-ordinate with all stake holders for the inspection and documentation for obtaining MDCC from customer .

To ensure on time delivery of materials .

To achieve savings in Procurement so as to improve the bottom line in the projects.

To provide inputs for the MIS on monthly basis and ensure purchase compliance as per company norms .

To ensure documentation as per ISO norms.

To develop new vendors / focus on vendor development

To co-ordinate for Reverse Auction and complete documentation for faster finalization of orders
