Procurement - Construction (P5)

The key responsibility of this role includes on-time purchase order (PO) creation and management. You will need to collaborate with vendors following Material Requirement Planning (MRP) changes to ensure the timely availability of materials and mitigate any associated risks. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with logistics teams to guarantee the smooth and punctual delivery of materials. Stakeholder management is a crucial aspect of this position. You will participate in review meetings for high-value projects, ensuring alignment with user departments and finance. Driving necessary improvements in the procurement process and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately resulting in high internal customer satisfaction, is also expected. Documentation plays a significant role in this role. You will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation while ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements throughout the procurement process. Vendor data management is also part of the responsibilities. To be considered for this role, you should hold an engineering degree related to constructions or raw materials procurement. Previous experience in the semiconductors industry is preferred. Proficiency in SAP and good communication skills are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in procurement roles.,
