Job Description
Provide Customer Service to existing customers over webchat.
JOB REQUIREMENT :
To provide good quality customer service and to ensure customer satisfaction.
To offer assistance to customers and provide FCR.
Meet targets like Quality, CSAT, AHT, Compliance, Attendance & Adherence. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
Competencies/Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment Good team player Ability to Multitask Typing speed of 35 wpm
Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate with 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Customer service experience in voice, webchat or emails specifically insurance would be preferred though not mandatory
NOTE:
If undergraduate, then preferably 1-year of experience in international voice/chat process
